Description

Designed for everyday use before and during training and competition, the new GU Energy Stroopwafel provides all the necessary nutrients to fuel your performance.

The Stroopwafel consists of a syrupy layer sandwiched between two thin wafers and is individually wrapped for convenience during rides or runs.  Comes with two stroopwafels per pack.

Each stroopwafel contains:

  • 21g of quality carbohydrates (for immediate and sustained energy from complex and simple carbs)
  • 140-150 calories
  • 450mg essential amino acids (to combat mental fatigue and repair muscle damage during long activities)
  • 75-150mg Sodium & 20-30mg Potassium to replenish lost fluids

Salted Chocolate, Wild Berries and Coconut are Gluten-Free. 

Caramel Coffee contains 40mg caffeine per pack.
