"I like this product for long events. Ironman and ultra marathons as gets you a lot of carbs for not a lot effort. Neutral taste. Mixes relatively easily. Also works well as a sachet to take in the back pocket or backpack to mix with water in a bottle mid way through a long ride/run. Is quite expensive so I tend to use in events and key prep events only."
