"Great caffeine gel that has a neutral taste. The consistency is a good mix, not too thick or too watery. Great neutral tasting gel that gives a good energy return. I have not gotten flavour fatigue on long runs when taking multiple. They have a positive effect on my performance. One of the better selection of gels out there."
"These gels are pretty great - the packet itself is easy to open (even when your hands are sweaty mid-run), and the taste is easy to tolerate after you've smashed multiple gels (although, the caffeine version does tend to be a bit bitter). Easy to swallow and get out of the pouch (the consistency doesn't make you feel like you're eating oysters, like some other gels)."
